I build with AI agents every day — not as a theoretical exercise, but as a working practice. My team ships design systems, security products, and AI-native workflows used across Cisco's security portfolio.

On the side, I create content about what happens when design leaders stop just talking about AI and start building with it. I write at The Human in the Loop on Substack and publish video walkthroughs on YouTube.

My thesis: the gap between "AI-curious" and "AI-native" design teams is becoming a canyon. The teams that win are the ones where designers and engineers iterate in real-time, with AI handling the grunt work. The role of a design leader isn't to protect the process — it's to evolve it.
